Something is wrong with saving items that are from different servers.

 

I killed few server hoppers took their stuff, relogged to stop my character moaning from pain (was shot by mosin).

 

And the stuff I took from server hoppers bodies is gone.

Server didnt send info about your character and its updated loot to the hive. It's done in intervals - which we do not know.
