From one look at the current state of the public issue tracker I doubt the developers are getting much useful feedback that internal testing wouldn't have found more efficiently. If fact, I wouldn't be surprised if they are almost completely ignoring that tracker for the time being. Nice post, but I believe Cartman said it a bit more succinctly:
