Different types of controllers supported?

Are there going to be different controllers supported, like The Delta six and occulus rift would make an awesome combo with DayZ. And of course joysticks when choppers come out.

I could only see this apply when you're wielding some type of rifle. This is something I'd only see in shooter games (Battlefield, Call of Duty for example) since you're always equipped with some form of weapon right when you spawn into a match.

You could always just put it down till you find a gun I guess, still looks pretty sweet I guess and I believe this is only a prototype and they might be making some sort of different weapons such as pistols. Not 100% sure.

That is one awesome looking controller. There's only one problem with it, it wouldn't be used much in dayZ seeing how most of the game is running around. Another problem is that this is a computer game, and most people will be sitting at their computer. 

 

I'm sure Dayz will allow other controllers in the future. I personally would like to use an xbox controller. I find it easier to aim with it.. oddly enough.
