Resolution problem since patch?

I just downloaded the patch and now my game opens up in a HUGE resolution.  When I go to options it says its on 1920 x 1080 so I tried changing it and then putting it back but it seems no matter what it stays at the same resolution now.  Whats going on?

Try changing your interface size or aspect ratio?
