TS audio messing with in game audio?

Recommended Posts

I was playing with a group earlier and had teamspeak open in amother window. I could here everyone on teamspeak loud and clear but all of the in game noise from gunshots to direct communication was barely audible. I turned the TS volume way down, had the in game audio maxed out, and had my speakers turned nearly all the way up without change. When TS wasn't open, I could hear all ingame noise just fine. Any ideas?

Are you using that plugin with TS that lowers game volume when someone is talking? Just a thought. As I was using that plugin before, and it would sometimes lower my game volume to 0%.

Happens to me sometimes, and I use TS like 24/7.. Doesn't really bothers me though, its probably your TS or windows settings that are a bit messed up I think.

I'm new to the TS thing and still trying to figure it out. Bow would I go about disabling the plug in assuming it's causing the problem?

In Winwodws, Open the control panel > Hardware and Sounds >Sounds and open the communication tab. Choose "Do Nothing".
