So, I took off my backpack next to a tree and this happened 8eb69fd268b2b8a6b606d99d148584b9.pngin the picture it doesnt look like it's stuck, but I cant get to it. I have tried vaulting and running and everything. is there anything I can do because all of my valuables were in that backpack ?

Your Screwed, even though i like the dodgy edges around the backpack, looks like it was kinda photoshopped

Get as close as possible, then hold right click in first person and zoom into it.  Maybe you will be able to pick it up.
