Graphics card question

Possibly the wrong area for this question, if so, very sorry!

Anyway, I was just wondering about what graphics I'd need to run this Mod/ArmA, I've searched around but really can't find a definitive answer, I've also tried the Can You Run It website, but I'm getting mixed answers from that too.

Uh, I don't know a whole lot about this stuff, but I believe my graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce 9300M GS, if you need more information, just tell me what to look for and where and I can get it for you.

I realise it's not at all good, but if I'm just able to play, regardless of possible low fps, that's fine too.

EDIT: While I'm here, does anyone mind telling me if this mod uses much bandwidth?
