Sudden Performance/FPS Drop?

Hello all!

 

 I have run into a bit of an issue. I bought standalone about a week ago. It was running beautifully, no performance issues whatsoever, except for some fps drops at the skyscrapers in between Cherno and Balota. So up until a few days ago, my FPS dropped drastically for no known reason. I lowered my settings to the lowest, that brought up my FPS up a little bit, but not much at all. I tried everything, changed the launch options, customized the config files, etc. I've been playing DayZ mod for about 2 yrs and tried all of my performance tricks from that. Nothing seemed to change. Also my mouse started to delay a bit and it took a while for options to highlight when i hovered my mouse arrow over them.

 

 All help is much appreciated.
