character complains for nothing?

Hi there, i'm new around here, from Catalonia btw. I just need an answer for this guys, after I killed 2 players, I took serious damage and my mate gave me a Saline Bag IV, it was ok but I wanted for another one because my character was complaining like "Ahhh..Ahh". After the second (and a third), he stills complain and I dont' know what's going on. I took full vitamines, water and food and stills complaining. I got something broken or? If you got some idea just answer me pls it gonna help a lot ^^ Thanks and good survival for everyone!!

You're not still bleeding I presume? Check inventory (TAB) for a status message at the top-right corner above your character.

you need morphine or an assload of pain killers. your character is making noises cause he took damage. like in real life you got beat up your body would bruse and you would be in pain unless you took enough pain killers. so take morphine for the quickest way to fix or a few doses of pain killers.

That is not the answer and its not going to make the noise go away.

 

It wont tell you but your wounds are infected the only way to get rid of it is to use alcohol tincture on the wounds, wait out the sickness and eat lots and when the sickness goes away the noise will then stop.

 

Don't like asking for beans but please show this guy the real answer.

I have gotten Saline before and my guy kept moaning.  I noticed after reconnecting to the server my moans no long existed.

Ran into same issue, ate all my food and drank till  was full, eventually stopped moaning. Ate and drank till full again, soon got the "Healthy" title. Was happy.

A simple relog will fix moaning of your char.

Yup.  It's a bug.  Save morphine for broken legs.

Indeed. It is a bug. If he first begins moaning nothing but a relog will cure it.

I've heard that infected wounds hasn't yet been activated, so taking antibiotics won't work. After getting an injury from a zombie attack and taking a boatload of antibiotics I can confirm they did absolutely nothing other than activate the green "my wounds are cleaner" text. The moaning still continued. Also, painkillers do nothing too. I did read a guide that said you can make a splint out of rags and twigs and that will stop the moaning (if you can't find any morphine - the splint has the same effect). Be aware that splints take up three inventory spaces, so it's up to you if you feel you can lose those spaces or not.
