So i kicked from a random test Server and i join a new im in a Town and Cant no loot find is this the new anti Server hopping Guard?

No.

 

Servers are set to reset every 4 hours and all towns/bases has been looted.

 

PS.

 

And yeah, this is quite unusal comapred to standard servers but those have been reseted more fraquently then full 4 hours.
