Issue with trees

I took suggestions from multiple locations to attempt to get better fps in the game. Everything was working fine for a week. Suddenly when i logged in last week i was seeing a loss of about 10 fps in all areas. I stopped playing for a few days. Updated my gfx card driver as it needed it and when loading the game up, all my trees are 90% white in first person, When in third person, they look fine. Any thoughts?

Update: It seems my game is forgetting settings ive set or something. In 3rd person, everything is great. look around and nothing changes. Go into first person and at some angles, everything looks as it does in 3rd person, however at some points it turns stuff on that normally isnt on and such. Suddenly the grass fills in more and things.

Update 2: because i cant see where to delete this. I turned Alpha to coverage to Disabled and it fixed the issue. Odd.
