I always figured it was common for people to test batteries with their tongues, or people at least got tricked into it once as a kid haha. The DayZ forums are showing me that I may have been in the minority.

There's other methods, involving gum wrappers, paper clips, season of MacGuyver, using your tongues just the easiest. That's why we have children tho muhahahaha.
