eldarlmari 0 Posted January 20, 2014 (edited) when i attempt to change the 'rendering resolution' to 100%(mine is 1920X1080) in the 'video' options(mine appears to be 75%, 1440 x 810 as listed by default and i have no idea why), the game crashes with the error; Error: Device reset failed, error 8876086c. Also, i am unable to disable anti-aliasing or vertical sync as modifying those options causes the game to crash too help pls. my specs: XP OSintel core i7 3 ghznvidia GTX460 updated to latest software version6gb ram Edited January 20, 2014 by eldarlmari Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
doctorrayray 76 Posted January 21, 2014 If you can't do it in game, here's a solution. Go to C:\Users\User\Documents\DayZ. In the DayZ folder there should be a file that says DayZ.cfg change the .cfg to .txt and open it. There you can change your video settings, but make sure to save the file and change it back to .cfg.
