SE 3 Missle Killing

I have died from missle attacks atleast 3-5 times while running from and along the coast alike. The attack comes from the sky, with no sound of any helicopters at all.

All you see and hear are two rockets come down from the sky, the source either invisible or bugged.

I am not sure if this is actually a bugged helicopter or a cheater, so I thought I'd put it out there in any case.
