Some basic questions

1. What does yellow and red chain links like icons mean?

2. How do i get the name of the server i am currently on? History is useless to me because it sorts them in other ways instead on last played on.

3. While playing with friends, my teammate told me that my character is doing weird animation in a loop (in crouch pose) and with reloading sound repeating (which might give away our position) while on my screen it looks ok and i am actually prone. Can i be killed if enemy has my position in other place then what is on my screen? Any tips how to avoid some of these issues?

Red chain : Server lag, you are OR players are having server problems.

 

 

Yellow chain : Players nearby.

 

 

You can't get the name of the server unless you add it to your favourites list before you join it.

 

That issue with the animation is desync problems.

 

Scenario : You walk around like a hero, looting.

 

Other people see you standing in once place like a dumbass who is getting eaten by zombies.

 

Yes, people can kill you like that. You run away with 10k + desync but to other players youre standing, and they can kill you.

 

"You Are Dead" Will appear.

 

When nobody is arround.

Yellow chain doesn't mean there are players nearby, it just means you are desyncing with the server.  The red chain means you're having connection problems.  If you're looping an animation, you're desyncing hard.  Relog and try again, or find a different server.
