It's nothing special, basically all blood types that are going left to right are compatible. Pretty basic, I made it look perrty.. :P

 

Free for anyone to use!!

Here's how I remember..

 

O has no A or B antigen

- has no + antigen

 

+ cannot donate to -, but - can donate to +

 

A and B cannot donate to one another, so AB cannot donate to A or B, but can receive from both.

O can donate to both A and B

 

Thus, O- is universal donor, and AB+ is universal receiver.
