How to play music into dayz?

So right now I am playing trololo music while traveling to get people's attention and annoy them, but I do it by putting my ipad against the microphone.

Is there a better way to do this? I use a headset.

Would be great, so I can get quality music into people's ears.

I used to use this program called VB-Audio Virtual Cable. You can set up that as an output device for media player then you have to be able to set it as the input device for whatever game you are playing. I haven't seen that option in Dayz SA but you might be able to figure it out through the config files. You could also just assign that output device to one of your 3.5 mm jacks on your pc that you aren't using, then patch it straight into the pink one.

I was on a server once and a player named "PENI" logged on and all the sudden, the song "Every Breath You Take" by The Police came on over the server (I had a friend in a different part of the map that reported hearing it as well). PENI then send a server wide message telling a specific player on the server that no matter what he did, he would be watching him. 

 

We got the whole thing on film so I'll see about getting it on youtube and linking it up.

I heard about Virtual Audio Cable but you must pay for it. I am scared about doing, the bad thing, because I Am afraid of getting in t,rouble but that ans your thing seem like the only stuff I can uze.

You could not break other people's immersion by playing retarded songs over comms.  If you want to troll there are plenty of other things to do other than playing stupid shit over comms.
