need help with my dayz epoch server

hello im bob and i have got a dayz epoch server with dayz st 

i am able to install most scripts well most some

the scripts i would like to have is 

-self bloodbag
-spawn selection
-some kind of spectation program (hackers)
-towing/lifting
-seen this once when you pres caps in side chat a hard sound comes and everything gets blurry if this is a script id like it
-autorefuel 
-indestructable bases
-a debug monitor
-take clothing
-commit suicide 
-build bike (with toolbox) if possiblew

i tried using the bluephoenix admin tool for spectate and thats where my biggest problem is 

everythime i try it i just cant get it to work

is there anyone that can help me with these scripts
