FPS drop when using keyboard

Hey.
I just bought Dayz from Stream today. I installed it with no errors or anything. When I opened it everything went ok and I picked a random server and started playing. But I am not able to play whatsoever. Whenever  use my keyboard or even click my mouse I get this huge FPS drop and cant see anything. It just freezes for a couple seconds and then I just stand there. The weird thing is that when Im standing still, I can perfectly turn around and look around me smoothly. I also have about 6700 ping even though Dayz is the only thing using internet. Please help. If you can help me, please talk basic with me. I have little or none computer skills

Is something throttling your connection you aren't aware of? Think carefully. Who else is using the internet in your home? Anyone downloading torrents or playing on XBL/PSN? How long does it take to join a server, on average? What kind of internet service do you have? Provider? Is there a history of online titles having these complications?

Im home alone and I have had no issues with this before. I takes me about one minute to join a server.
