3 Things that i think is more Urgent!

What i am about to say or try to , is what goes in my mind, and i have that right so before i say it keep your nerdy coments "already posted" ; "cant remember how much topics like this i read" ; "Its a alpha" ; "They cant to everything".

 

I can´t care less if u are not interested in reading and critizicing this opinion of mine like a grown up go eat some cookie with milk.

So guys i know they probably have to update more important thing and such but i have this in my head, so the game is becoming to boring after 5 days of gameplay, we start to do the same thing, RESPAWN, Loot into our inventory and KIll WITH 2 GUNS.

I think theres 3 things that should be implemented as soon as possible in this order of urgency:

 

Base/camp things : ( tents, wire, etc) : I realy feel the need to make a base with my friends, choosing a nice spot to do it so, and raid another bases,  and getting importat gear to the tents. I play rust and i love so much that thing aboy making a base in a mountain, and doing it to the enemy cant acess it as much as possible!

 

 New guns -> I think its very important to search all map looking for that weapond that you just loove, right now there are 2 guns, and they spawn in every south city, thers not that need to get far to obtain a rare weapon

 

 Vehicles -> Right now only simple cars and some trucks (that obligate to make more loot like wheels , metal, glass , etc...

 

 

Once this things are done as soon as possible i think EVERYONE will forget to come here asking for this and that, and the UPDATES will look like nothing i are realy ancious for...

They will add all those stuff when they can, not now, When will people get it? ITS ALPHA! Deal with it. they will bring things out soon enough (Could be months away).

These things are important but it would be a very bad idea to keep adding content especially things like vehicles and bases before they get server performance and stability to where it needs to be.

 

Also consider that these things are most likely being worked on already but they just simply take time, which should work out nice as by the time they are ready the guys working on the performance side of things should have made good progress.

 

The games in a very early stage of development, we just have to be patient and accept there will be times when its not very playable whether due to bugs or simply a lack of content.

Can you imagine if they added bases and means of storage and then needed to refresh the database meaning a complete character wipe? I can see all the whine posts now from people who took the many warnings with a pinch of salt when they 'bought into the development phase'. I'm not going to say the 'A' word but you bought an unfinished product, you were told it was an unfinished product and as such you are playing an unfinished product. When the majority of developers won't release a game until it is, in their eyes, a finished product, you should be thankful you have the opportunity to 'test' what they have so far, and your cash goes toward adding content and paying the people that add that content.

 

People need to stop treating this like a full release, be patient with the development and let them get it right, rather than rush out features to appease those that did not heed the many warnings that warned you that it was an unfinished product. Christ, if it were 5 years ago you'd still be watching occasional dev videos and reading devblogs about what is in the game so far with absolutely NO opportunity to play it until it's full release, which equates to AT LEAST another year.

I think vehicles would temporary solve most of the problems. Tired of running? No problem, you found a bicycle. Glitched out on top of the roof and fell to your death? No problem your friend has a car and can help you regear real quick. List goes on and on.

these things take time to be added to the game. patience is a beautifull thing  :thumbsup: but i like the idea of the camps, time is on our side where still young  ;)

Hi there...Welcome to the forums...

Please try to be nice...

Most of the things that you talk are going to be in the game...but not atm...

Tents needs to be sync with the server( i guess?? :unsure: ) like your char...right now there are problems with that( char wipe)...so they got to fix that first

Guns...two more in the next update...hopefully they´ll spawn in houses...

There a lot of things to fix, change and add...the game will stay in alpha for 1 year( or more)...so they have plenty of time to work in all the features...

I'm not going to say those things, since you've already said them. But that doesn't change the fact that they are all true. TBH, a few minutes with the search function and you could have found multiple threads already discussing these topics. If you were intent on adding something innovative to those discussions, that would have been the appropriate places to put them.
