Military PTT Tranmission Sounds

I seen a video somewhere here on the forum of a player speaking to his friends through TS/Mumble (forget which one) and he had the military radio PTT sound effects. Does anyone (particularly that person from the video) know  how I can implement these sound effects into my Mumble and/or TeamSpeak? I want that authentic sound when it comes to communications.

 

Also, I've seen posts about ACE/ACRE but I don't know shit about that kind of stuff. I'm pretty certain that stuff is for the Arma series anyways, right? If someone could help this tech-tard out, I'd appreciate it.

 

For an example (@2:10), I would like that radio squelch but for TS and/or Mumble.
