Respawning on server with no loot.

So some friends and I have spawned on some servers looting around, when we switch it some times respawns you at the coast with the flashlight and batter.  I know its still in super early alpha, but if this could get fixed soon im sure many others have had this same problem

Sometimes you lose connection to a server and have to choose a new one, only to find out you have to start all over again.

your probably not joining hive servers..

hive servers maintain gear, then you switch to non hive and it treats you as new spawn.

 

sometimes it wipes your character completely.

 

the patch monday should help a lot

Only connect to servers with official looking names. There's a chance that others will not be set up properly and you will respawn without your gear.

This has happened to me a grand total of once in 115 hours of play time and that's because I don't join dodgy looking servers.

It's happening to me without server hopping. just logging for the night and getting on the same server in the morning. And I've used the ones that are "official" looking and have several with similar names.

I tried joining one of those "Experimental servers" and then I spawned as a new character on the coast, but when I exited it and joined a proper server, my old character returned in his old position.
