Camo and Pesky Bandits.

Recommended Posts

I have noticed that bandits actually prefer gas masks and camo, rather than the masks laying around. This actually makes me sad, seeing as gas masks and green clothing I prefer.. I'm not a bandit, but everyone I have ran into with this type of gear seems to be.

If you'll excuse me, I am going to go cry now.

I also wear TTsKO clothing when I can. Right now I have green cargo pants because my TTsKO pants were a bit wrecked. I also have spent most of my time wearing a ballistic helmet and a gas mask. It allows you to take more hits from zombies without bleeding, and staying hidden in the foliage is valuable to any survivor, regardless of intent.

I have noticed that the helmet/gasmask combo does seem to be gaining a reputation as bandit clothing, so I actually keep them in my pack when I have room, and wear a pair of rocket aviators and a ushanka (hat with flaps) most of the time. But these days I'm mostly ranging the outskirts of the northern wastes, Aragorn style.

Problem is, I like to keep a full inventory in case I run across some survivors in need of food or water.

Going full militia man outfit gets boring after a while, I'm trying to change up my choice of clothing

Sometimes the extra pockets from TTSKO are nice to have. Its more food, more water, more bandages.

PLUS, it makes it easier to hide from people.

Well, I don't dress with all of that gas mask and ballistic helmet stuff (Seriously, both of the things are clipping through each other, it looks awful.). I just have my TTsKO set, a green camouflage bandanna and probably a hunting backpack.

I decided to go with a different clothing scheme this time... It's hard though cause sometimes you see that TKSO gear and think to yourself... boy I could really use those extra slots.  I hope they introduce some more pants and shirt choices with more slots soon.

There are plenty of slots in civilian clothing + hunting backpack.. you people are carrying too much food/ammo. I know, because when I am forced to kill you and I check your gear I find tons of useless shit, and food that you should have eaten a long time ago.

People with Payday masks are more dangerous from what I've seen. Maybe it's just our impression?
