Niner 27 Posted January 17, 2014 Hi. I read somewhere in the forum that the so called 'lore' of DayZ involves some type of civil war, with NATO forces in to aid in some way. If this is true it would totally explain the western weapons. That said, gimme an AK-74 with kobra optics please :lol: , I'm not really the snipe from 1200 meters away type, though I'm definitely not complaining about those pesky snipers. Regards. In my opinion, I prefer the black rifles over the traditional wooden body ones, my hunting rifle IRL is black, but it's 30-6. For some reason the black body is more attractive to me, that said..
