There are a few ideas for relogger:

Maybe you can fix the problem, that someone, when he is almost dead, just logs out (so you can´t loot or kill him), joins again, and kills you.

The same problem with weapon-spawn-points: You can just log out and join another server, and that thousands of times, when you are at a good weapon-spawn-point.

So maybe you can fix the problem with the feature you almost tried before, a 10 second outlog-time.

And for the other problem, maybe a player can just join three times per hour into any server.
