Screen shifted to the right

The  screen is shifted to the right leaving an inch gap on the left side of the screen, it's like this on all resolutions. How can I fix it?

 

First off, what monitor do you have, and what buttons does it have? It should have a button called "AUTO" or it should be an arrow symbol, what it does when you press it is auto adjust's the image.
