Im playing @ 1080p with everything on normal, only textures are very high (anti aliasing is also on). 50-60fps at 40player armaII OA servers, 40-60 fps @ dayZ 40player servers.pc specs: 8gig ram, 2500k @ 4ghz and a heavily overclocked amd gpu. Playing it everything at high is almost impossible on multiplayer. you can play at everything on normal, AA off I think.In worst case you lower the resolution and play it smoothly with everything @ normal.
