Zjasuu 337 Posted January 17, 2014 For food poisoning, just eat and drink as much as you can and stay healthy, if you get a chemical poisoning charcoal tablets won't save your ass ;) If you get a chemical poisoning (don't try this at home) find a water source and drink and drink and drink until you're healthy again. Hutch (DayZ) 116 Posted January 17, 2014 (edited) It cures itself as soon as you vomit. The "Sick" status is just a lingering effect that will go away in a short time. Been sick for an hour now and it still not went away.There's a glitch that doesn't remove the status indicator.It won't change until something overwrites it, like a "Healthy" status.Eat and drink to get your water and energy levels back up.
