So here is my bug(room without handles)

I am stuck in the exact same room. No way to kill myself either. Very annoying.

The more lag/dsync you have the more likely you'll be able to escape, try joining servers with very high ping and running with lots of tabs open in your browser,Youtube vids would probably work best.

then run at a wall while tapping V to jump.

 

Another method is to run against the corner of the room and press alt-F4 to exit the game with some luck you might be on the outside when you rejoin, could take a lot of attempts though.
