DayZ mod: poor fps, tried everything. Please help!

I tried everything on these "guides" (basically the ones that tell you to mess around with your cfg files) which tell a tale how to fix fps, but it didn't work for me. I still get about 7 fps in middle of elektro which is unplayable, on fields framerate is normal.

 

Are my specs too low?

Since I found no solutions I started to think that I am a special case?
