Too many virtual servers on same box?

I suspect some people offering DayZ servers for rent are themselves renting cheap boxes like these and running 4+ ArmA2 servers on one of them:

I can see how that could be very profitable, rent server for 50€/month, set up 4 virtual servers on it and offer them for rent for 50€/month each.

Could this be the cause long loading times, problems with Zombie and loot spawn and general lag?

we at dao have a machine from hetzner to.

we pay 50box

25 win

39 gbit

and run 3 dayz and 1 arma 1 there.

50 is more than hard if i would rent em out max 40 each or 35.
