razgriz93@gmail.com 228 Posted January 17, 2014 Don't really know what to make of that, to be honest. A bit of overshare/TMI, buddy. The point of antibiotics is to help cure what ails you, not make you sicker. If they're having that effect on you IRL, go revisit your doc. They have that effect on most people.Besides what the guy above me just said, antibiotic means literally "Against life".And that's why taking antibiotics is bad both IRL and here. jbroge 30 Posted January 17, 2014 I wrap vitamins around my arm all the time. I don't know where the problem is. I even asked my doctor (who is also a crack dealer and visionary), and he told me that this is how it works. Strange people, talking about eating vitamins and things.. Yeah, and somewhen you guys are going to tell me that it's wrong to eat chips through my butt. No thanks, I'm normal.

They have a short term benefit to fight infection but have negative long term effects. They kill off all your intestinal flora which is vital for immune support and digestion. Thats why that dude is sitting on his toilet all day cause his body cant properly digest his food.. iRazgriz, Pick up some probiotics to counteract your antibiotics that might help with your bathroom issue. But make sure to take them a few hours after taking antibitoics. Edited January 17, 2014 by Swimmy
Swimmy (DayZ) 0 Posted January 17, 2014 This is true to a point. Antibiotics are divided into two groups: narrow-spectrum and broad spectrum. Narrow-spectrum attack a certain group of bacteria, but aren't used very commonly. Broad spectrum attack all types of bacteria, and are used the most commonly. The reason broad spectrum antibiotics actually make you more sick is because it attacks the 'good' bacteria that is prevalent in your body. However, this level of detail in Dayz would be a bit unnecessary and confusing to most people. Sources: My Bachelor's of Science in Biology http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Broad-spectrum_antibiotic Whats sad is that alot of dotors have no clue what antiobitocs really do outside of fighting infection.
