Character invisible. Can't join servers.

So for a few weeks now, I've had this problem. I cannot join servers and my character will not show up. When I try to join servers, it says 'please wait' and after about 20 minutes to an hour of it saying that, it will kick me from the server saying I could not connect. I've tried turning my AV off, uninstalling it, changing my steam name, editing config, deleting config, verifying game cache, reinstalling game, and even gone to the extent of restoring my pc to factory settings. I haven't been able to play since the week before Christmas, and I haven't found a fix yet. Anyone have any ideas? Here is a picture of my main menu. 5QzBy6X.jpg
