Being spooked by a Zombie coming through the wall, also need advice to improve quality

My first (recorded) Zombie kill with a wrench. Got totally spooked by the thing coming in through the wall.

If anyone can give me advice on the rendering to improve the quality, I'd be grateful. This is rendered in full 1080p with Sony Vegas Pro 12, with the Sony codec. The resulting file was then compressed with Handbrake. Both videos look sharp on my PC, but the grass becomes blurred after it's been rendered by Youtube.
