I have noticed the longer I survive or the more I get hit it takes longer for me to start bleeding the next time, I was wondering if this is a real thing that other people notice or is it just me?

It's kinda hit or miss for me, i'll go a few hits without bleeding and sometimes the first hit will make me bleed.

EDIT: To answer your question I think it's just a 50/50 chance.
