Infection/Disease change

Currently the infection/disease mechanic makes very little "logical" sense. You don't get infections from being cold, and when you do get an infection, OR GET COLD, OR CATCH A DISEASE, you typically don't leak blood like a runny faucet. I would suggest that once your body temperature drops to a certain level a timer starts, if you don't heat up before it ends you get knocked out for 10~ seconds (for immersion only), then die. I believe this would accurately mimic hypothermia and would allow the disease mechanic to be implemented in other ways (catching disease randomly from looting zombies?). That's for another suggestion though.

Tl;dr: Make hypothermia knock you out and then kill you after a timer ends instead of the blood loss mechanic.
