Error Creating Direct3D 9 Graphical Engine

I get this when I try to start up Dayz SA. Any ideas?

Go to your DayZ install directory Steamapps/common/DayZ/_CommonRedist/DirectX/Jun2010 and launch DXSETUP.exe

DirectX probably isn't installed. Also does your graphics card support directX?

I have DirectX 11 installed and my card supports DirectX. I also tried re-installing the game with no luck. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
