Confirmation of changes: Session lost

Recently I wanted to play with a friend of mine and I got this error message when trying to join a server: "Confirmation of changes: session lost".

After searching for solutions, I think I got VAC banned.

 

Can anyone help me? I already contacted the steam support and they told me I should contact the DayZ support directly.

Maybe you used hax?

I expected this answer, but I never used any cheats/hacks or something like this.
