Instant death on some servers

So when I join some public servers, I notice after about 5 seconds of logging in my legs break, I die, and my screen turns to white without the option to do anything else. This is only on certain servers (about 2) and I have no idea what's happening. Any help?

If it is only certain servers then don't join 'em. That's the best solution i got.
