Colors issue after new spawn

My friend just got into the game and got this issue.

Everything looks like an invert/negative colors while in the game.

I'm not sure if it because GPU or not because colors are normal when he's in the game menu.

And he had set all of the graphic options to disable and very low.

Your friend needs to stop taking all that LSD he finds in the game! :P

I have had something similar, only with me it's  a blurring together of all the enviroment colours. It goes away when I navigate to the video settings menu though.

I just recently got this game and am having a similar issue. All the colors are inverting though not just parts of them. The entire game from menu screen to the entire field of vision in game.
