Right, where's the instruction manual.....how do I use things from my backpack? I got a crowbar and left mouse key done nothing :'(

You press 'G' and a your gear window should pop up, double-click on your backpack and all the items in it should appear on your item list. I'm not sure how to use a crowbar, but hit 'F' until it changes to crowbar, it takes your primary weapon slot.

I know its probably a dumb idea. But I played the single player tutorials to learn the game.
