Swimming and losing gear

Maybe it is just when you are two gun equipped. Swam to the lighthouse near Elektro, Mosin on back and M4 in hand, dropped the M4 in the water but was able to turn around and pick it up while floating above it and then continue my swim.

When i hit land my backpack and Mosin ejected into the water, these i could pick up as they were just at the edge but my M4 was still in my hand and i could run around like a maniac at full speed and punch with it like a boss.

For the swim back i left the mosin on the island and put the M4 on my back, all good nothing fell off. Dumped it on the beach and swam back over to get my Mosin.

Happy times.
