Kicked from all Servers... please help!

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Relatively recently I bough ARMA II and Operation Arrowhead off of Amazon and DayZ Commander. The game worked well (well, you know what I mean) for about a week and I enjoyed playing the vanilla mod and Epoch. I think the game first stopped working when I tried to play the Op. Arrowhead campaign (also didn't work, crashed) and now whenever I try to log into any server either from Commander or the in-game thingy (not sure what it's called-- the launcher other than commander) I'm let into the lobby for only a few seconds before I'm either kicked with a "You were kicked from the lobby" message or I am simply returned back to the ARMA menu. The install/update tab in Commander says my DayZ mod, ARMAII, and the other mod addons are all up to date, and I still re-installed them just to be sure. Still my problem persists. Does anyone know how I might fix this?

Any and all help is appreciated! Thank you for your time, I really do believe in this community and in the future of this awesome game, and I look forward to getting headshotted by you all in the future!

With an insta kick and no error messages lets start with manually updating your BE.  Go here http://www.battleye.com/download.html download the server and client .dll's.

  • Go to arma 2 OA/expansions/battleye
  • Place the .dlls in this folder select replace if need be.
  • Launch the game and go to a lobby in dayz not all the way into the server.
  • Watch the bottom left corner and wait until BE is initialized and up to date.
  • Join the server.

Report back and we will go from there.

Regards,

Steak.

I downloaded BattleEye but I can't find the folder you're talking about. Here's a screenshot of the directory I think you're referring to. Please let me know if I'm in the wrong directory. Thank for your help so far!
