Why on every server i join i cant take my weapon out straight away ?

Yes, search for desync in the forums, you'll find many threads about this issue that, at least for me, is getting worse day by day (I can't find a playable server anymore, but if you have time keep trying but remember that playable now does not mean tomorrow).

Desync does not affect everybody and nobody understood why, at the moment.

Inventory lagging, hotbar non working and invisible zombies/players are the main problems with this issue.

Hopefully they will fix it in the new patch, even if the devs never talked about it.
