Question: Access other backpacks?

I tried to open my friends backpack, but no suck luck.  Dont know how to do it, but i believed that the mouse wheel will do the trick, but noooo HELP

You cant really open other peoples bags when equipped. thats why they have you toss it on the ground THEN handcuff you.

Really? I just heard about people sneaking up on others from behind, stealing their rifle and kill them with it... o.o

I was able to access someone else's inventory and take their M4A1. Tried to shoot them with it but it only had one round so I ended up dying. I posted about it here: http://forums.dayzgame.com/index.php?/topic/164158-do-you-need-a-drink/

This happened after I had been handcuffed, forced to eat rotten fruit and drink disinfectant, then released. It may well be a bug if you're not supposed to be able to do it. More testing is required.
