I just bought DayZ and downloaded it, but when I go to open it all I see is a black screen for a few seconds, then it takes me back to my desktop. It still says I'm tabbed in and eventually I can hear the sounds from what I am guessing is the starting scene, but no image. I have tried tabbing out and back in, restarting my computer, and am downloading the game again for the third time.. Please help!!

Same problem! I played the game previously and all works fine. And now i have same problem, help please!

Ok all works fine now. I reinstall my GPU drivers and overclock my GPU throught MSI Afterbruner and now all works fine. :)

I think it has something to do with my resolution.. Or maybe just the monitor I was using. Switched back to my smaller, older monitor and works fine. Not sure why tho
