Planting traps on players or even zombies?

OK so what I mean is I think it would be pretty damn cool if you could plant traps on people.

I am not talking about walking up to someone and sticking a bear trap on their face then kicking them off a bridge.

 

No, what I mean is you could create distractions and traps to get others killed and make an escape.

 

IDEA:

Mobile phone trap (best in zombie areas)

 

required: 2x battery (1 for each mobile)

2x mobile phones

 

Plant one of the cell phones in a player or zombie (yes another idea here is reverse pick pocketing :P)

Ring the mobile with the other phone and it will alert zombies and they will tear him/her to shreds buying you time to make a break for it

 

Flare trap

 

basically the same but with a flare

I think you should be able to use a shovel to dig a small pit, combine with sticks to make it a sharp death.

hey do you think they would add weak trees to the game? like almost dead trees or chewed by beaver trees or trees you can half chop down with an axe?

 

you could tie a rope to the weak trunk and to a rock and it would be a trip wire and zombies or players would trip into it and the tree would land on them!

Well you can knock down trees with vehicles, so perhaps do what they did in epoch and be able to use an axe?

 

That would be epic, Although someone would probably setup a trap of a whole forest and then step on it himself :P

GUYS GET THIS IDEA RIGHT

 

resources you have are wood rope and a fireaxe. what can you make....

 

wood - wooden stakes planted in the ground

rope - wraps around the stakes and hangs an axe from the roof of a firestation entance,

axe - the funniest part!

 

Someone trips over the rope causing the stakes up raise from the ground, allowing the axe to smothely but swiftfully axe them in the face!!!!
