Cant play at night or dusk but daytime is fine

Hi guys right i cant play at night or duck due to a grafic issue of some sort i have test my pc no end over the last day and i cant figer it out i play arma 3 witch dose not do this it only seem to be on dayz at night or as its getting dark it will start im post screen shots below. help please im so confused
