My character keeps disappearing

Hi all, sorry for my bad english and for the argument that probably has already been discussed many times but I am not able to look around the forums :S

I had never played DayZ and I tried for the first time this title with Standalone, after nearly 15 hours of play and a character who by now had a full turnout gear "blood, weapons, ammunition, food" after having logged out from a server to back a few hours later, the words "I'm hungry" appeared to me  and I heard the sound of the sea ... the character has been canceled and if i returned to the home, also "preview" had disappeared.

Reading in the web I realized that it is a problem also happened to other people, "including a friend of mine" and I would like to know if there is a way to avoid it, I would like to play this' alpha, despite all of its obvious problems, but not wasting my character

Ya i dont think there is a fix to this. The game is as buggy as hell, and this will randomly happen.

 

Ive read a few things that may cause it but im not sure on this like the game dev team can reset player accounts on the servers (after an update etc) if they working on something for example (so im told anyhow)

or like i read a post a while back that said if you change your steam name it will reset you on dayz.

If this is the situation I do not think I will play Dayz SA until they settle down this bug, zombies that pass through the walls, fireaxe with the sound of a gun are things I can tolerate without any problem, but losing more than 15h of game not without reason is too much.
