Zeds spawning on roof tops?

so there i was in prone crawling along when a zed spawned on the roof, jumped down knocked me out and started eating me! great!

the only thing is it spawned running? it didnt even have time to see me, its like it saw me before it spawned, and immediately spawned in the running animation? pfffttt its getting a bit too much like hard work this game! all the fun has been drained out of it!

I have crazy fun in this game.

Like committed, straight jacketed, sedated, therapy provoking fun.
